Join us for a fully interactive cocktail experience where we will mix art, science, mixology and magic to first shake, then cook in the dark and finally paint with neon under ultraviolet light.
Under our guidance, everyone will learn how to prepare and shake 3 unique, innovative and tasty cocktails using modern techniques inspired by Catalan culture and cuisine. In between we'll show you all the tips, tricks and trends from behind the bar, with some short stories, a little friendly competition, a little magic and a lot of fun.
Located in the heart of El Gótico is the local Çukor, an experimental kitchen where candies, cakes, sweets and all kinds of sweets are produced during the day. At night, behind closed doors, it transforms into a Speakeasy workshop where we shake things up in a secret lair.

During the day, it is a laboratory of flavors where candies, cakes, sweets and all kinds of irresistible delights are born.
