Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

The Schauburg, built in 1912, is one of the first permanent cinemas. In 1944, the building was almost completely destroyed in an air raid, but was quickly rebuilt and was provisionally reopened as the first cinema in Dortmund in the summer of 1945. What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need support throughout the entire experience will receive a free ticket for their companion. You first need a valid ticket, then submit the relevant proof via Fever's contact form. You will then receive a voucher that you can use to book the free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Your ticket and the companion ticket must be shown together on entry.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the start. To do so, contact us and provide your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find further details in the Terms and Conditions.
What is a flexible refund ticket?
For selected events, tickets with flexible refunds are available: with these, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
By when can I return a flexible refund ticket?
You will receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the start. If the ticket has been transferred to another person, it is not eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required for the refund request.
How do I request a refund?
Via Fever's refund form.
Where does the concert take place?
At the Lichtspiel und Kunsttheater Schauburg, Brückstraße 66, 44135 Dortmund.
How do I get there?
The Kunsttheater is about a 10 minute walk from Dortmund Hauptbahnhof.
Is there food and drink?
Before the event, you can buy drinks at the venue's own bar.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed. The exception is assistance animals, which must be registered in advance via Fever's contact form.
Is the venue accessible?
No, the venue is not accessible.
Is there a car park?
The theatre has no car park of its own.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are numbered: your seat number appears on your ticket.
