This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

On-street kerbside meters in Ann Street are available only between 7 pm and 10 pm on weekdays (clearway at other times), and limited onsite parking is available in the Cathedral Precinct on weekends and for special events.

    The cathedral is wheelchair accessible. Step-free access is via the doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides, and wheelchair seating is available in all zones. What are the different ticket types?
VIP Experience: front row seat with the best visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: slightly restricted visibility. Zone D: restricted visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, which you can download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What does my VIP Experience ticket include?
Fast pass: use the side door to skip the queue. Standing street side looking at the cathedral, walk up the driveway on the right and use the first side door into the cathedral. Priority front row seating: an usher will show you to your seat in the front row. Personalised photo gift: staff can take a Polaroid photo of you in front of the stage before or after the show.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Where is the experience taking place?
St John's Cathedral, 373 Ann St, Brisbane City QLD 4000. Please note that the venue does not have air conditioning. Feel free to bring a cushion for your seat.
How do I get to the venue?
The cathedral is on Ann Street, between Brisbane's CBD and Fortitude Valley. Central Station is less than two blocks away, a 5-minute walk along Ann Street. Check the TransLink website for train, bus and ferry information. Zones A to D enter via the main front doors; VIP Experience guests walk up the driveway on the right and use the first side door.
Is there food served?
No food is served at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes. Access to the cathedral for guests with disabilities is via the doors on the northern (car park) and southern (St Martin's courtyard) sides. Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, to respect the musicians' performance and the experience of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the security of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
