Wir durften gestern ein einzigartiges Candlelight 🕯️ Konzert 🎻 mit der Musik von Queen meets the Beatles im Schein tausender Kerzen 🕯️ in den historischen Sofiensälen erleben. Ein Live Musikerlebnis in einer atemberaubenden Konzertlocation. Es war so schön 🤩 und für mich sicher nicht das letzte Mal. 🥰

Das Konzert selbst war sehr empfehlenswert, leider danach die Abholung der Garderobe eine Katastrophe. Dichtestes Gedränge auf den Stiegen. Bei der Ausgabe der Garderobe sind zwei Personen eindeutig zu wenig

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before the event.
Where can I find my ticket, and do I need to print it?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed: simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Standard tickets are not refundable under any circumstances — see our Terms & Conditions for more details.
Can I get a refund?
Only if you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket: contact us up to 48 hours before your experience starts for a full refund. Note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us with your ticket ID if you need further help.
How long does the show last, and when do doors open?
The concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the show has begun.
Is there food and drink available?
Drinks are available for purchase at a bar located right outside the concert hall. Food is not offered.
Is there parking available?
Yes, Sofiensäle has an underground car park in the building at a special rate of EUR 1.70/hour. Validate your parking ticket at the bar outside the concert hall.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What should I know before and during the show?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be seated in your zone — the show starts on time and latecomers cannot be admitted. Coats and jackets must be left at the cloakroom. Phones must stay on silent throughout, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
Is this venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Sofiensäle is wheelchair-accessible. Please send us a short email at hello@feverup.com in advance so we can prepare everything for you.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
An optional paid add-on, exclusively for guests who book it: you'll have your photo taken in a dedicated area and receive one printed instant photo, polaroid-style, per purchase. Photos can be bought at the venue while supplies last (online bookings get priority), card payment only on-site. The session usually takes place after the concert; you'll choose your photos on-site for printing and must take them with you, as we cannot keep them for you. Refunds are only given if the photo experience is cancelled for reasons within our control.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/companion?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free companion ticket. Send us supporting documentation after purchasing your own ticket; subject to availability, we'll then provide a voucher for the free companion ticket in the Fever app. Please show both tickets at entry.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for guests' safety, all candles are flameless.
How do I get to the venue?
Sofiensäle is located at Marxergasse 17, 1030 Vienna. It's reachable via U3/U4 (Wien Mitte-Landstraße), tram line 1 (Marxergasse), bus 4A (Löwengasse) or 74A (Weyrgasse), and trains S1, S2, S3, S4, S7 (Wien-Mitte).
