Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted.

Unfortunately, the venue doesn't have on-site parking. To get there, we recommend using public transport or other sustainable alternatives.

Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with proof confirming the need for a companion, and we'll send you a code to purchase the free ticket. You'll need to show this proof along with your tickets to enter the event.
