What are the different ticket types available?
Zone A - premium visibility; Zone B - great visibility; Zone C - good visibility.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats will be assigned according to your zone and arrival time. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I take photos or videos, or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
Can I purchase tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple Store) or website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. Contact us with any questions, quoting your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts; contact us quoting your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.
Do I need a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their carer/companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll send you a code to purchase a free ticket for your companion. You'll need to show the supporting documents together with your tickets to enter the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or the Apple Store). Remember to log in with the same profile you used to purchase. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.

Will food be available to purchase?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
No: due to the historic preservation and location of the Sala, the venue does not have access for people with mobility disabilities.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, the venue has parking available, as it's located in Verona's historic centre in an area outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and close to the main roads.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers will not be admitted.
