Experience the biggest hits of the 80s anew: a string quartet performs them live in the Kammermusiksaal of the Palais Wittgenstein in Düsseldorf, surrounded by the warm glow of hundreds of candles. A Candlelight concert full of anthems that shaped a whole generation, in a truly unique setting.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and the gallery.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the Fever app or website before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant proof via Fever customer service.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us via Fever customer service, stating your ticket ID. Standard tickets cannot be refunded.
What is the ticket with flexible refund?
For selected events, there is a ticket with flexible refund: this allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket with flexible refund?
You can return it and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us via Fever customer service to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Kammermusiksaal of the Palais Wittgenstein, at Bilker Straße 7, 40213 Düsseldorf.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: Benrather Straße stop (tram lines 703, 706, 712, 713 and 715) and Poststraße stop (tram lines 704, 709 and 719). The nearest underground station is Benrather Straße. Several bicycle parking options are available.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'd like to bring a service animal, please fill in the relevant form from Fever customer service beforehand.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is not step-free and is not wheelchair accessible.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
