All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method used to make your purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

St Matthew-in-the-City Church, 132 Hobson Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010, New Zealand. You will be using the main two doors on Hobson Street.

By car: parking is available at Wilsons Parking on the south side of the church, the SkyCity car park, the Atrium car park (entrance through the Crowne Plaza Hotel entry on Albert Street) and the Civic car park (entry at Greys Ave and Mayoral Drive). By bus: the closest stops are St Matthews-in-the-City (Stop ID 7082), SkyCity Auckland (Stop ID 1083), Wellesley Street/Hobson Street (Stop ID 7040) and the International Convention Centre (Stop ID 1089 or 1088); use Auckland Transport's Journey Planner to map your trip. By train: Britomart Train Station is the closest, about a 16-minute walk, or take a connecting bus from Lower Albert Street (Platform D, Stop ID 1005) for two stops to the St Matthews-in-the-City bus stop.

Yes, this venue has disability access in all zones. Disabled parking is available at Wilson Parking on Hobson Street, next to the church's front doors. For wheelchair assistance, please contact Fever in advance so onsite staff can be notified.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
