Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, logging in with the same profile you used to purchase it. You'll also receive a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email.
What are the different ticket types available?
There are three zones depending on visibility: Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (average visibility).
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are allocated based on the zone purchased and arrival time. The show starts on time and, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you've purchased tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
How long does the experience last?
Around 65 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.
Where does the experience take place?
The event will take place at Palazzo Falletti di Barolo, in Turin.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances; see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my carer as well?
Guests who require assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying this need, and we'll provide a code to purchase the free companion ticket. Remember to bring the documents along with the tickets on the day of the event.
Will food or drinks be available to buy?
Unfortunately, no food or drinks will be available during the experience.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have accessible access for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue has access for people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, the venue doesn't have its own private parking. We suggest getting there by public transport or other sustainable options.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
