Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once received, we'll provide a voucher code you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. You'll need to show this along with your own ticket to enter the venue.

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

For selected events, a Flexible Cancelation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required, though the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Refunds cover the full ticket price minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee; exchanges are issued as a voucher of equal value, usable only for the same experience.

It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken before the show in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue if not sold out, though online buyers get priority and on-site purchases are card only. Photos are taken until 10 minutes before the concert starts and collected at the exit; they can't be reprinted or refunded if you miss collecting them, except if the photo experience itself is cancelled for internal reasons.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Packs are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased; all sales are final.
