Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Please contact us directly indicating your ticket ID to change your ticket.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a Flexible Cancelation Ticket (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Best Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), Zone C (Good Visibility), and Zone D (Okay Visibility). Seating is first come, first served within each zone.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?
Resurrection MCC has a free parking lot on site if you're driving. There's also a bus stop right in front of the facility if you prefer public transportation.

Yes, free parking is available on site.
Is food or drink available?
Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) are available for additional purchase; we encourage guests to arrive early to enjoy drinks in the gathering room, as no beverages are permitted in the music hall. Food is not available.
Does this venue have disability access?
Resurrection MCC is ADA compliant.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; once received, we'll provide a voucher code you can use to purchase your free carer ticket. You'll need to show this along with your own ticket to enter the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
What is a Flexible Cancelation Ticket?
For selected events, a Flexible Cancelation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required, though the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Refunds cover the full ticket price minus the 10% flexible-ticket fee; exchanges are issued as a voucher of equal value, usable only for the same experience.
What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
It's an optional paid photo experience: you'll have your photo taken before the show in a designated area and receive a printed polaroid-style picture (1 per purchase). It can also be bought at the venue if not sold out, though online buyers get priority and on-site purchases are card only. Photos are taken until 10 minutes before the concert starts and collected at the exit; they can't be reprinted or refunded if you miss collecting them, except if the photo experience itself is cancelled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As this add-on is tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Packs are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased; all sales are final.
