You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. There's no need to print anything: your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't allowed under any circumstances, unless you hold a Flexible Refund Ticket.

The experience lasts 60 minutes, with doors opening 45 minutes before the start. No entry is allowed once the show has begun.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?

It lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation needed). Note that it becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
