Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive in good time before the concert begins.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal companion. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required) and sent us the corresponding supporting documents, we'll provide you with a voucher code to buy the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please show both tickets at entry.

An optional add-on offering a unique photo experience in a dedicated area. As a souvenir, you'll get one printed Polaroid-style photo per purchase.

Yes, until sold out. Guests who book the photo experience online in advance are given priority over on-site purchases. Only card payments are accepted on site, no cash.
