Written during his epic and productive year of chamber music composition, Robert Schumann's Piano Quartet is the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of spring. This iconic piece is bursting with life and freshness, and also contains one of the most beautiful slow movements ever composed. Robert Schumann's wife Clara was "delighted with this beautiful and youthful work", which was first performed in their salon in April 1843!
