Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 24 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket, please send us the relevant proof. We'll then provide you with a voucher to buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Please note you must show your standard ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts.
Where does the experience take place?
Kaisersaal Erfurt, Futterstraße 15/16, 99084 Erfurt, Germany. This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
Beer, wine, sparkling wine, and long drinks, as well as a few snacks, are available on site. These are not included in the ticket price. Drinks may also be consumed in the hall during the performance.
Is parking available?
The public "Hotel am Kaisersaal" car park is located directly opposite the venue (Futterstraße 8/9, 99084 Erfurt).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible on all 3 levels. There are 4 dedicated spaces on the ground floor for guests with reduced mobility, and seats in the 1st or 2nd gallery can also be arranged on request.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please contact us in advance if you plan to bring a service animal.
How do I get to the venue?
By car or public transport. Tram: Stadtmuseum/Kaisersaal (lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 6) or Fischmarkt/Rathaus (lines 2, 3, 4, 6). Bus: Krämpfertor or Anger (line 9).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or website before you arrive.
