The Flexible Refund Ticket (applicable for selected events) lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.

You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed to make the request. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Contact us here to get your ticket refunded.

60 minutes. There is no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

The concert takes place at Kulturkirche Altona (by Johanniskirche 22, 22767 Hamburg). Kulturkirche Altona is just a 5-minute walk from Holstenstraße S-Bahn station (lines A1, S11, S21 and S31).

There's a small bar on site. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.

The church does not have its own private parking.

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.

This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll be photographed in a specially set-up area, and as a keepsake you'll get one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.

Photos can be bought at the venue until sold out (card payment only on site); guests who book the photo experience online together with their ticket are given priority. The photo session usually takes place after the concert. You'll choose which photos to print on site and must collect them there — they can't be kept for you afterwards, and if you leave without collecting them there's no refund or rescheduling. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer. Refunds are only given if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control.
