What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D, as well as Front Row.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket (it is essential to hold a valid ticket first), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received them, we'll provide you with a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket (applicable for selected events) lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When and how can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed to make the request. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user. Contact us here to get your ticket refunded.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. There is no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.
Is the experience indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
Where is the experience taking place, and how do I get there?
The concert takes place at Kulturkirche Altona (by Johanniskirche 22, 22767 Hamburg). Kulturkirche Altona is just a 5-minute walk from Holstenstraße S-Bahn station (lines A1, S11, S21 and S31).
Will there be food and drinks?
There's a small bar on site. Bringing your own food and drinks is not permitted.
Is there parking available?
The church does not have its own private parking.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Please fill in this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has disability access.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You'll be photographed in a specially set-up area, and as a keepsake you'll get one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
How does booking "Candlelight Photo" work (purchase, timing, collection and refunds)?
Photos can be bought at the venue until sold out (card payment only on site); guests who book the photo experience online together with their ticket are given priority. The photo session usually takes place after the concert. You'll choose which photos to print on site and must collect them there — they can't be kept for you afterwards, and if you leave without collecting them there's no refund or rescheduling. You'll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer. Refunds are only given if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control.
