The Gurriers utilize their role in the community and respond to the malaise of the modern age with a hard-hitting album, Come And See. In this project, the band tackles a wide range of themes, such as Dublin's marginalized youth, immigrant friends, the rise of the far right, desensitization in the face of violence, among others.
Come And See is no ordinary debut, but an exciting statement of intent with songs that talk about how modern narcissism is fed by an addiction to online personas as we heard in "Des Goblin", about the disillusionment of contemporary youth in "Dipping Out" and ironic anthems that lament the rise of the far right in "Approachable".
