A Candlelight concert is a multi-sensory live music experience that brings the magic of the holidays to life.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (good visibility). Seating is on pews throughout all zones.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought through the Fever app or feverup.com before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance during the concert can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must first hold a valid ticket, then contact us through the request form.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed. See the Terms and Conditions for details.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, it lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my ticket?
You can get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the concert starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
What documents do I need for a refund?

Where is the concert taking place?
At The Sanctuary Church, 1400 N Federal Hwy, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304.
How do I get to the venue?
By car or rideshare.
Is food served?
No food is served. There is an onsite bar selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Can I bring animals?
No, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue is ADA compliant.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Only during the final piece, when the musicians signal it, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos follow the rules above.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No, except in an emergency, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be seated in your zone. Doors open 60 minutes before the concert and close 5 minutes before it starts. The concert starts on time and late arrivals will not be admitted.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If conditions change the location or postpone the event, you will be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, to any Fever account at no extra cost, using “Transfer Tickets” in the app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. All candles are flameless, for everyone's safety.
What is the Candlelight Photo?
An exclusive photo experience for those who purchase it: your photo is taken in a designated area and you receive one printed, Polaroid-style instant picture.
Can I buy photos at the venue?
Yes, if it has not sold out. Online buyers have priority over on-site buyers. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Before the concert. The photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early.
When do I get my pictures?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print the pictures during the concert and you collect them at the exit. The venue cannot hold pictures for you.
What if I leave without my pictures?
No refund or rescheduling is offered.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the experience once you are inside, and announcements are made during the event. Staff can answer any questions.
How do I prove I bought the photo?
Show the QR code from the separate email you receive (not your ticket confirmation). The photographer validates it at the venue.
Are photo refunds allowed?
Only if the photo experience is cancelled for internal reasons.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?
They must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of the event. They are tied to that specific event date and location, and are non-refundable and non-returnable: all sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
