She will provide practical advice on making meaningful changes without overcomplicating your life or breaking the bank. Aayesha will also highlight the importance of starting anew and setting achievable goals, reminding us that this life is ours to create. ​

🧘‍♂️ Pilates Session: Led by Andrea Mata, this session is designed to help you connect with your body, improve posture, and build inner strength. Andrea will guide you through exercises that blend physical movement with mindful breathing, creating a peaceful foundation for the day. ​

🎵 Sound Bath: Experience an immersion led by Rosaura Pena, where the soothing tones of crystal bowls and chimes will wash over you, releasing tension and bringing your mind into a deep state of relaxation. This meditative experience will help you reconnect with yourself on a profound level, embracing the stillness often missed in our busy lives. ​
