Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy the photo opportunity online with their concert tickets get priority over those who buy on site. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.

Photos are taken before the concert. The photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early.
When do I get my pictures?

What if I forget and leave without my pictures?
No refund or rescheduling is offered.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you're inside. Announcements will also be made, and you can ask any staff member your questions.
How do I show proof that I purchased the photo opportunity?
Show the QR code from the separate email sent for the photo opportunity, not your concert ticket confirmation. The photographer at the venue will validate it.
Can I get a refund for Snapshot by Candlelight?
Only if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you receive a refund.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of your event. They are tied to that specific date and location, so candle add-ons picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No. Doors close 5 minutes before the start and late arrivals will not be permitted.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
