Such a beautiful experience

Fantastic event, the musicians were wonderful and their arrangements were exquisite!

Wonderful Concert!! Could listen to them play all night. What a great way to get into the spirit of the season!

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Sign in with the same method you used to purchase, and you'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket was purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, based on availability; a flexible cancellation ticket allows a full refund (minus a 10% fee) if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts.

How long does the show last?

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is food or drink available?

Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase for guests over 21. Guests may also bring their own bottle of water.

Is parking available?

There is limited street parking at the venue. Several paid garages are also available within walking distance, and we recommend using a rideshare service.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, this venue is ADA compliant.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free companion ticket. You must hold a valid ticket first; once purchased, contact us for more information.

What is “Photo by Candlelight”?

It's an optional add-on that includes a photo taken in a designated area before the concert, with a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir (one instant picture per purchase). Photos are taken before the show and the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll get a separate QR code by email to show the photographer; refunds are only given if the add-on is cancelled for internal reasons.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?

Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable; all sales are final.
