Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, in the Steiner Auditorium, with assigned seating in your purchased zone.
Is there food served?
No food will be served at this event.
Is there parking available?
Parking near the venue is limited, so public transportation is recommended.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I get a ticket for my caretaker?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, although it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Because it's tied to that specific date and location, it is non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased. All sales are final.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
