What different ticket types are there?
Tickets are available in zones A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket in order to use it), please contact us and send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Himmelsaal at the Radisson Blu Hotel (Böttcherstraße 2, 28195 Bremen).
How do I get to the venue?
The easiest way to reach Böttcherstraße 2 is from Wachtstraße. If you're coming to Bremen via the A1 motorway, take the Bremen-Arsten exit towards the city centre. You'll be on Neuenlander Straße. Continue until Friedrich-Ebert-Straße, then turn right. Cross the Weser, turn left onto Martinistraße and after 50 m turn right onto Wachtstraße. The hotel is on the corner. Right in front of the station, you can take tram line 4 towards Arsten or line 6 towards the airport. Get off at the Domsheide stop, from where it's a 200 m walk to the Radisson Blu.
Are food and drinks available?
Before and after the event, feel free to book a table at The Lobby restaurant (www.thelobby-restaurant.de). Drinks are available before and after the event at The Lobby; there's no drinks service during the event.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have disabled access?
The hall where the concert takes place is unfortunately not accessible.
Is there a car park?
The venue has its own car park (underground car park to the left of the hotel). This can be used for an additional fee.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
