Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances outside the Flexible Cancellation Ticket option; see our T&Cs for more information.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are only allowed if you purchased a Flexible Cancellation Ticket, which lets you request a refund or exchange by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation needed, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user). You'll get a full refund minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option; if you used a card or PayPal the refund may take 10+ days to appear on your statement, while a voucher purchase is refunded as a new voucher.

What are the different ticket types?

Tickets are sold by visibility zone: Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility), and Zone C (Good Visibility).
