What are the different ticket types?
VIP: premium visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: balcony, good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To change it, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible cancellation ticket has been purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
A flexible cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to cancel my flexible cancellation ticket?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you used a credit card or PayPal account to make the purchase, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account. Keep in mind that the money could take 10+ days to appear on your statement. If you bought your ticket(s) using a voucher, you’ll find a new voucher in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You’ll receive a refund for the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use this voucher to come back to the experience and buy a new date and/or time.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
If you opt for an exchange voucher, you can only use it to purchase the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?

The venue is located at 1900 Gandy Blvd N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, near I-275, the Howard Frankland Bridge, the Gandy Bridge and Route 92. Driving or rideshare is recommended.

There is no food or drink available.

What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively available to guests who purchase it. You’ll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and, as a souvenir, you’ll receive a printed, polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes 1 instant picture.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as the sold-out threshold has not been reached. Guests who buy the photo experience on the website together with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; no cash is accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo will be taken after the concert. Please see a staff member after the concert to have your photo taken.
When do I get my pictures?
You will be able to choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff will print the pictures during the concert, so you can collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures with you before leaving, as we cannot keep any pictures for you. If you forget about the experience and leave without your pictures, we will not be able to provide a refund or reschedule it.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will be made so that attendees don’t forget it. Please feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have any questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo experience?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have your QR code validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.
Are refunds allowed for Candlelight Photo?
Refunds are not permitted unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you will receive a refund for the photo experience you purchased.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
