The experience takes place in Prunkraum 207 at the Museum für Geschichte. (Sackstraße 16, 8010 Graz) Arrive in style and immerse yourself in the Schaudepot. The Schaudepot at the Museum für Geschichte contains more than 2000 objects, including musical instruments and furniture, historical clothing and jewellery, chandeliers, ceramics and porcelain, set within an award-winning design and one of the city's most beautiful palaces. With your concert ticket, you have the chance to view the Schaudepot half an hour before entry to the concert.

Tram lines 3, 5: Schloßbergplatz – Murinsel stop, walk towards Hauptplatz. Tram lines 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7: Hauptplatz – Grazer Congress stop, walk towards Schloßbergplatz.

The Kunsthaus Graz has a car park run by Kastner & Öhler directly beneath the building (entrance on Lendkai). The Museum für Geschichte in Graz city centre is just a few minutes' walk away. There are also several other car parks in the city centre with different rates.

No. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
