At Candlelight: Movie Soundtracks for Christmas, the melodies of beloved Christmas films come to life in the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark in Stuttgart. A string quartet performs them by the glow of thousands of candles: 60 minutes of festive film music that will get you into the Christmas spirit.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who need assistance during the event can request a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Please contact us with proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we've received it, we'll send you a voucher that you can use to get your free companion ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket at check-in.
Is there an age restriction?
No entry for under 8s. Those under 16 may only attend accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience starts. In this case, please contact us with your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?

Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place at the Marmorsaal in Weißenburgpark (Hohenheimer Straße 119A, 70184 Stuttgart).
How do I get to the venue?
From the city centre, you can reach the Marmorsaal on foot in about 20 minutes. By public transport, the easiest way is to take the underground to the "Bopser" station (U5, U6, U7 or U12).
Is there food and drink available?
No, for now, no food or drink is offered at the Marmorsaal.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are permitted at the venue. Pets are not allowed.

What is “Snapshot by Candlelight”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who book it: you'll have your photo taken in a specially set-up area and receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo as a keepsake with every purchase.
Can I buy “Snapshot by Candlelight” photos at the venue?
Yes, photos can be purchased at the venue while stocks last. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets through the website are given priority over on-site purchases. On-site, we only accept card payments; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on-site to be printed. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them: if you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer a refund or a new photo experience slot.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email separately from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so they can validate it and start your photo session.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Is there an interval?
No, there's no interval during the 60-minute concert.
Can I still be let in after the concert starts?
No. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; late admission after the concert has begun is not possible.
What's the way to the Marmorsaal like?
To reach the Marmorsaal, there's a slightly steep path through Weißenburgpark.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
