Paradox Miami is a fun, interactive experience for all ages! Located in the heart of Wynwood, Paradox features over 70 illusion-based exhibits that will challenge your sense of reality and provide unbelievable photo ops along the way. Walk on the ceiling in the Reverse Room and disappear in the blink of an eye in our Camouflage Wall. Come create extraordinary photos and unforgettable memories, filled with laughter, at Paradox!
Where is the museum located?
Located at 2301 N Miami Avenue, Miami in Wynwood. Next to Throw Social and MisterO1 Pizza on N. Miami Ave. Just ½ mile from Wynwood Walls and 10 mins from Downtown Miami.
Does the museum take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This museum is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue.
How long does the museum last?
You can expect to be in the museum for about 75 minutes.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
We do not allow any food or drink within the Museum space.
Is there parking available?
There is paid street parking available within walking distance of the museum.
Is the museum accessible using public transportation?

Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets at https://feverup.com/m/253015 or in the Fever App.
Do children need to pay for a ticket?
Children under 4 years old can enter the museum free of charge.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help: https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You do not need to print your ticket. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This museum allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket. If you happen to arrive late, your entry will be dependent on if there is space available. This may result in an undefined waiting period or no entry to the museum.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Although we love animals, pets are not allowed in our museums for reasons of general hygiene. We do welcome service animals.
Is the venue ADA accessible?
Most of the entire museum is accessible to wheelchair users, and we do our best to take everyone's access needs into consideration. There are a small number of exhibits which are not step-free and some exhibits which have uneven surfaces or narrow pathways which some wheelchairs users may find difficulty with. We highly recommend contacting us before your visit if you have any questions regarding access.
What are the prohibited items at the museum? Can I smoke or vape?
Weapons, drugs, food and beverages are all prohibited. Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere at the museum.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this museum are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the museum accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
The museum features many optical illusions, which can be challenging for visually impaired visitors. The museum is almost completely accessible to Deaf visitors.
Will there be strobe lights?

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the museum/exhibition?
This is a walkthrough museum, so there won't be any seating available.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms available for ticketed guests inside the museum.
Can I take photos or record the museum?
Absolutely! Many of the exhibits are intentionally photographic, giving visitors the opportunity to take amazing photos or videos. We encourage you to use your imagination, create unique memories, and snap a picture of it in the moment! Don't forget to tag us if sharing online: @miami.paradoxmuseum
Is there a Lost & Found?

Is there a locker room available?
Yes, we do have complimentary lockers available for use.
Is there an age requirement?
All ages are welcome to this museum! Please keep in mind that the space is always not accessible for prams/strollers.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this museum does not include an audio guide, however, each exhibit has a QR code that links to a website with detailed information about its history and the science behind the paradox. Guests can scan the QR code with their phones and choose to have the information read aloud to them.
