What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket zones: Zone A (great visibility), Balcony (great visibility), and Zone B (good visibility).
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. You’ll also receive your QR code in your purchase confirmation email, so there’s no need to print anything.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket, and can I get a refund?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, as long as you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is required to claim your refund, but note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it’s transferred to another user.

How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes prior to the start — late arrivals will not be permitted.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there food served at the venue?
No, food is not served at this venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, lot and street parking are available at the venue.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA compliant. Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker — once you’ve purchased your ticket, contact us for more information.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, but it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since it’s tied to your specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
