Immerse yourself in the culinary universe of Cook Fest, the food event organized by Corriere della Sera that this year will be dedicated to Italian Lunch. The three-day festival will begin with Cook Breakfasts, talks with tastings together with pastry chefs and bakers, and will conclude with Cook Nights, moments of reflection, show and entertainment, again with final tasting. On Sunday, Oct. 6, the Cook Sunday Lunch will offer iconic dishes from the great families of Italian dining, such as Alaimo, Cerea, Iaccarino and Romito. Among the various activities scheduled for the three-day festival: cooking classes with top chefs, guided tastings with sensory workshops and, for the first time, Wine Schools with thematic insights into wine styles and wine zones.
