Kimchi Smoke Pop-Up

Tacos will include some new creations including the Not Cho Ordinary Taco, which has 12 hour smoked Texas style Brisket, corriander pickled onions, hickory smoked kimchi, Fatboy bourbon chipotle sauce, and topped with a fried ramen crumble and the Gochujang Pulled Chicken, which has smoked chicken with a sweet and spicy gochujang glaze, gochugaru pickled onions, Korean slaw, topped with jalepeno slices. In addition, we will be offering our popular, Korean Redneck Tacos, which has 15 hr smoked pork shoulder, which is pulled and doused in Fatboy sauce, topped with Korean Slaw and scallions.
