Die Künstler und das Arrangement waren phantastisch, die Auswahl der Stücke wurden sehr gut zur Weihnachtsstimmung ausgewählt. Schade, dass es so schnell vorbei war. Ich hätte gerne mehr davon erleben wollen.

FAQs Frequently asked questions

How does seating assignment and zoning work?
We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Archaeological Museum of Alicante, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets be bought at the Archaeological Museum of Alicante box office?
No, we don't have a physical box office or door sales at Archaeological Museum of Alicante. You can only get your tickets through Fever, either by checking the official website or directly through the app.
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
We advise arriving about 30 minutes before the start to find your spot without rush. Access will close 5 minutes before the scheduled time; if you arrive late, we're sorry but you won't be allowed in out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
Will there be food and drink service at Archaeological Museum of Alicante?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Since we often choose historic and monumental venues for the event, the temperature sometimes depends on the outside weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the time of year to ensure a comfortable and pleasant evening.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
Not at all! There's no strict dress code. We recommend a casual and relaxed style; the most important thing is that you're comfortable to fully enjoy the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Christmas Classics in Alicante lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
