🎫 Birthday Ticket: Includes entry to the experience, as well as a birthday celebration with cake and soft drinks.
🎫 VIP Birthday Ticket: Includes entry to the experience, a birthday celebration with cake and soft drinks, a VR experience and a photo against a green screen, where you can choose from several backgrounds related to Bubble Planet.
* Please always select the 'Birthday Room' option when booking so that we can ensure that the room is reserved exclusively for your celebration.
** A minimum of 7 tickets required for a birthday booking.
*** The reception hall will be available 45 minutes after the start of the reservation and can be used for 30 minutes.

FAQs

• Birthday parties must be booked on our website at least two weeks in advance and cannot be reserved via email.
• The purchase of birthday tickets includes 30 minutes in the reception room.
• Our birthday room can accommodate up to 20 children.
• Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk and inform the staff that you are there for a party. A coordinator will assist you and remain available during the event to ensure access to the room and tickets.
• All guests must have a ticket, including access to the party room, except for children under 3 years old. Tickets are non-refundable.
• An adult must remain with the group if the children are under 12 years old.
• You may bring your own decorations the day before the party, and our team will handle the setup.
• Outside food and drinks are allowed, except for alcoholic beverages. Alternatively, you can order pizza on-site. Please note that the birthday room is available for 30 minutes. To avoid delivery issues, be sure to mention "Bubble Planet Experience" and the address: Avenue du Port 86C, 1000 Brussels (Tour et Taxis).
• To ensure the best possible experience, the schedule includes 45 minutes of activity from the time of your reservation, followed by 30 minutes in the party room, and another 45 minutes of experience.
• The room is equipped with “Happy Birthday” banners, tablecloths, napkins, forks, plates for the cake, soft drinks, and a birthday cake. For children under 3 years old or those who prefer, soft drinks can be replaced with juice.
