The Beethoven-Haus in Bonn transforms into a concert hall bathed in the glow of thousands of candles: a string quartet plays the most beautiful melodies from the great Christmas films. A Candlelight concert that carries you into festive spirit for 65 minutes.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Es ist mein drittes Candlelight Konzert gewesen. Und wie immer war es gut organisiert, stimmungsvoll und schön anzuhören. Eine tolle Idee als Geschenk oder auch um einfach mal zu geniessen. Ich würde immer wieder hingehen.

The house where the composer Ludwig van Beethoven was born in December 1770 is one of the few preserved Bonn bourgeois houses from the 18th century. In 1989, the Beethoven-Haus association celebrated its 100th anniversary and has since housed the Beethoven Archive. A true gem of the house is the chamber music hall.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant proof via the Fever contact form. Once we've received this, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. In such a case, please contact us via the Fever contact form, stating your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This policy only applies to selected events.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to receive my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Chamber Music Hall of the Beethoven-Haus (Bonngasse 24-26, 53111 Bonn).
How do I get to the venue?
The Beethoven-Haus (Bonngasse 20 and 24-26) is located in the centre of Bonn on the edge of the pedestrian zone, not far from the Rhine. From the main railway station, you can reach Bonngasse on foot in just a few minutes. Trams and buses stop at the nearby Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz / Beethoven-Haus stop, where taxi ranks are also located. Tram: 62, 65, 66 and 67. Bus: 529, 537, 540, 550, 551, 600, 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, 607, 608, 609, 640.
Are food and drinks available?
No, drinks are not sold at this event.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill in the Fever contact form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have disabled access?

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
