Candlelight: Tribute to Metallica

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

The concert takes place in the Himmelsaal at the Radisson Blu Hotel (Böttcherstraße 2, 28195 Bremen).

By public transport: tram line 4 towards Arsten and line 6 towards Flughafen depart right outside the station. Get off at the Domsheide stop, from where it's a 200 m walk to the Radisson Blu. By car, the easiest way to reach Böttcherstraße 2 is via Wachtstraße: take the Bremen-Arsten exit on the A1 towards the city centre, follow Neuenlander Straße to Friedrich-Ebert-Straße and turn right. Cross the Weser, turn left into Martinistraße and after 50 m turn right into Wachtstraße. The hotel is on the corner.

Before and after the event you can book a table at The Lobby restaurant. Drinks are served in The Lobby before and after the event; there is no drinks service during the concert.

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you need to be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance.

Unfortunately, the hall where the concert takes place is not wheelchair accessible.

Yes. The venue has its own underground car park to the left of the hotel, which can be used for an extra charge.

The concert lasts 60 minutes. No interval is planned.

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Once the concert has begun, entry is no longer possible.

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
