The Rialto Theatre in Raleigh's Five Points neighborhood, is a historic movie theater that has been a cultural landmark since its opening in 1942. Known for its Art Deco design and intimate atmosphere, it has long been a hub for independent and classic films, as well as special events.

What ticket types are available?
There are four ticket zones: Zone A (best visibility, ADA accessible), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility), and Zone D (fair visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Yes. Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket first, then contact us for more information.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes, all guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change your date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?
The Rialto Theater, 1620 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh, NC 27608. The venue is accessible by car, ride-share, and public transport — we recommend ride-share or public transportation.
Is there food available?
Yes, concessions will be available for purchase.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. There are limited ADA seats within Zone A.
Is there parking available?
Street parking is available on Glenwood Avenue (free on weekdays after 6pm). Nearby neighborhood streets include Fairview Road and Scales Street.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, though it is not required. This policy is subject to change.
How long does the show last, and when should I arrive?
The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts — late arrivals will not be permitted.
What's the policy on the Candle 3-Pack add-on?
Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Since it's tied to the specific Candlelight date and location, all Candle 3-Pack items purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
