With models of his inventions, pictures, video contributions and an elaborate immersive presentation, the exhibition takes visitors on a journey through the life of the genius.

Description
Artist, scientist, engineer, inventor - Leonardo da Vinci was a universal genius, first among the "uomini universali", a term coined in Italian for those who demonstrated extraordinary potential.

The exhibition LEONARDO DA VINCI - UOMO UNIVERSALE takes you on a journey through the life of the genius with numerous replicas of his inventions as well as many of his paintings. At the heart of this exhibition is its immersive nature: Impressive projections bring the work and world of this infamous genius to life. Experience the "uomo universale" like never before - entertaining, gripping, fascinating. Join us and immerse yourself in a fascinating world!

The exhibition was created by the creative team of the Visiodrom Wuppertal with Marie Haus and Axel Kurz, under the curatorial direction of Christian Höher and with the academic support of Dr. Hiram Kümper, Professor of Late Medieval and Early Modern History at the University of Mannheim.
