Description
Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Fettuccine and Pappardelle noodles (vegan ingredients available as well). You will have the option to flavor your pasta dough with dried herbs and spices. No experience is required! All the equipment and ingredients are provided and can easily be found at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen if you wish to replicate the recipe. The expert chef will guide you in making a creamy Alfredo sauce which you'll get to enjoy at the end of the class with your pasta.
