What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A, B and C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Please send us the relevant supporting documents and we will provide you with a voucher for your carer, which you can redeem when purchasing your ticket (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket is available for selected events. With it, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it is transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to receive my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Is there food and drink available?
There's a small bar on site. Bringing your own food and drink is not allowed.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
We're unable to offer wheelchair-accessible seating for these events. Unfortunately, the venue is not accessible and does not have accessible toilets.
Is there a car park?
The venue doesn't have its own car park. However, there are car parks nearby (Groß St. Martin, Philharmonie and Parkhaus Am Dom).
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets through the website will be given priority over those who buy on site. Please note that only card payments are accepted on site; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To ensure there's enough time for the photos, we prefer to hold them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site to be printed. Our team will then print them for you to take away. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them for you. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or rebook you for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer on site so it can be confirmed and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
How are seats allocated? Can we sit together?
You'll automatically be assigned the best available seat within your chosen price zone. To sit together with friends or family, all tickets should be purchased in the same order. Once assigned, seats cannot be changed afterwards or on site.
When do the doors open? Can I still get in after the concert starts?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible.
Is there an interval?
No. The concert lasts 60 minutes, and no interval is scheduled.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
