Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before the event through the app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal caretaker. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide a voucher so you can purchase the free caretaker ticket in the Fever app. Please show both tickets at entry.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances; for more information, see our Terms & Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, this ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Simply contact us to request your refund.

How do I get to the venue?
Pontstraße is served by trains RB33, RE1 (RRX) and RE4, as well as bus lines 13B, 173, 27, 4, 44, 47 and SB20.
Is food or drink available?
No, no beverage sale is planned.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please fill out the relevant form.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, the venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Please note that Pontstraße itself is paved with cobblestones.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is a paid car park on Pontstraße, at the corner of Wittekindstraße, 52062 Aachen, right by the Ponttor at the upper end of Pontstraße. Access is via Wittekindstraße.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This add-on offers an exclusive photo experience for guests who book it: you'll be photographed in a specially set-up area and receive a printed, Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase as a keepsake. The session usually takes place after the concert; you'll receive a separate QR code by email to show the photographer on site. Photos bought on site without advance booking are served after those booked online, and only card payment is accepted. Refunds are only available if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our control.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes with no interval. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and later entry is not possible.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating within your zone.
