Experience a spine-chilling night full of Halloween classics at a Candlelight concert at Schloss Garath in Dusseldorf. A string quartet plays live, hauntingly beautiful music from horror films, cult series and classical works, all by the glow of a thousand candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

About the venueSchloss Garath
Haus Garath was first mentioned in a document in the 13th century. The castle, built in classical baroque style, features a large festooned hall and small dining room, as well as a lobby with a wonderful stone staircase. It is one of the few castles in private ownership.

There are around 50 parking spaces available. Through the open gate to the left of Schloss Garath, you'll reach the first car park directly, and via the narrow passage on the left, a second one.

What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zone A and Zone B.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket), please send us the relevant supporting documents. We'll then provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. Please contact us with your ticket ID to do so. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket (for selected events)?
For selected events, there is the Flexible Refund ticket. This allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your Flexible Refund ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Schloss Garath (Garather Schloßallee 19, 40595 Dusseldorf).
How do I get to the venue?
From Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof you can take the S6 to Düsseldorf-Garath. From there, it's just a 15-minute walk.
Are food and drinks available?
Drinks can be purchased at the venue's own bar before the concert.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please contact us directly if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Unfortunately, the venue does not have wheelchair access.
Is there a car park?
Yes, there are around 50 parking spaces available. Once you drive through the open gate to the left of Schloss Garath, you'll reach the first car park directly. You can also reach a second car park via the narrow passage on the left.
What is "Candlelight Foto"?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusive to guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive one printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy "Candlelight Foto" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets via the website will be given priority over those who purchase on site. On site, we only accept card payments; cash payment is not possible.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To ensure there's enough time for the photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print them and you can take them with you. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or a new appointment for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you further details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so it can be validated and your photo session can begin.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
Refunds are only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons that are our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
How long does the concert last? Is there an interval?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. No interval is planned.
When do doors open? Can I still get in after the concert has started?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts. Late entry after the concert has begun is not possible.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
