Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. You must have already purchased your own ticket before applying (a valid ticket is required); please contact us for more information.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

The show lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us directly, indicating your ticket ID, to change your ticket.

No refunds are allowed unless a Flexible Cancellation Ticket was purchased. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event, subject to availability.

A Flexible Cancellation Ticket lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation is required, though the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user). You'll receive the full ticket price back, minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option — refunds can take 10+ days to appear on your statement, or you'll receive a new voucher if you paid with one. If you choose an exchange instead, you'll get a voucher for the same value, usable only for the same experience.

There is no food or drink available at the venue, and no outside food or drink is permitted inside.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Street parking is available in the area, but we encourage using public transport or ridesharing.

It's an optional add-on offering a unique photo experience: you'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area before the event (this concludes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early) and receive a printed polaroid-style picture on-site. You'll get a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation, to have validated by the photographer. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons.

Candle 3-Packs must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable once picked up — all sales are final.
