The show was great, venue was stunning and the musicians were amazing. I didn’t expect the candlelight photo I paid extra for would have been a cell phone and a Polaroid but we still had an amazing time. We will definitely come back for another show.

What ticket types are available?

There are four seating options: Preferred Seating (premium visibility), Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (fair visibility), and Balcony (good visibility). Seats are about 18 inches wide.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — please contact us for more information.

Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for more information.

The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

What's the policy on the Candle 3-Pack add-on?

Any Candle 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As it's tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle 3-Pack add-ons purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
