Designed in 1915 by architect Carlo Angelo Ceresa to house the new headquarters of the Savings Bank, Palazzo della Luce is inspired by the monumental criteria of the late 1800s with a superb facade inspired by Juvarra, modeled after Palazzo Madama. Since 2021, it has hosted Candlelight concerts, with a rich monthly program.

What different ticket types are available?
Premium (excellent visibility), Zone A (good visibility), Zone B (average visibility) and Zone C (limited visibility).

How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by car or by public transport.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my assistant?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/assistant. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide a code to buy a free ticket for your companion. You'll need to show both tickets, along with the supporting documents, to enter the event.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Disney Programmes are open from age 5. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts (it lasts approximately 65 minutes); seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and your arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts by contacting us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. See our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Just send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who'll use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same profile you used to purchase it. You'll also find a PDF with a barcode in your purchase confirmation email.
Will food be available to purchase?
No, food will not be available to purchase during the event.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email to the address linked to your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder too.
Does the venue have disabled access?
Yes, the venue has disabled access, with the exception of the restrooms.
Is there on-site parking?
No, the venue does not have private on-site parking.
Are there any rules to follow during the show?
For guests' safety, all candles will be flameless. Phones must be kept on silent throughout the performance. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
