Cabarettheater Diligentia is the cultural heart of The Hague. The theater is located in a beautiful monumental building on the Lange Voorhout, in the center of the city. Thanks to the wide and shallow theater, the audience is always close to the stage for an optimal performance experience.

How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts about 1 hour.
Can I buy drinks on site?
Yes, drinks are on sale at the venue.
Can I buy food on site?
Yes, food is available to buy at the venue.
Are the seats numbered?
No, the seats are not numbered. The principle is: first come, first served. Our staff will guide you to the correct zone.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What different types of tickets are there?
The following ticket types are available: Premium (1ste rij balkon), Zone A, Zone A (rolstoel), Zone B, Zone C (balkon). Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends, provided you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time. We will do our very best to seat you together.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
No, tickets are not available at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I buy a ticket for my carer/companion?
Visitors who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer/companion. Contact us and send proof that you need such a ticket. As soon as we receive it, we will send you a voucher code with which you can get your free ticket. Please note: you must show this ticket together with your own ticket on entry. Each companion ticket must be purchased together with at least one regular ticket.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything. On arrival, show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or in the confirmation email.
Where can I buy tickets?
Via the Fever App, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket under "Tickets" in the Fever app (available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in with the same details you used for your order. You can also find your QR code in the confirmation email.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
No refunds are given. It is possible to rebook your ticket to another date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the original event, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else free of charge. Simply click "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Contact us for further help and include your order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
Your QR code is in the Fever app, under 'Tickets'. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can do so via the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same account you used to buy the ticket. If you still can't find it, please contact us.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, this venue is wheelchair accessible. There are three disabled parking spaces available right in front of the Diligentia entrance. These are publicly available and cannot be reserved.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the experience. Make sure you arrive 30 minutes in advance to be assigned a seat within the zone you chose. The audience must be seated before the show starts. Please note: if you arrive late, entry is no longer possible.
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers will not be admitted, to avoid disrupting the show.

Yes, there are toilets at the venue.

The experience takes place at an indoor venue.

No, there is no parking at the venue. However, the Interparking Museumkwartier car park, Q-Park Malieveld and Parkeergarage Parkstraat are within walking distance of the theatre. There are three disabled parking spaces available right in front of the Diligentia entrance. These are publicly available and cannot be reserved.
Are assistance dogs allowed at the venue?
Yes, assistance dogs are welcome inside. Other pets or animals are not allowed.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed at the venue.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed at the venue.
What should I do if I have lost something at the venue?
If you have lost something, you can call or visit the venue to ask whether your item has been found. You can contact Diligentia on +31 70 361 0540.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the last number and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the entire performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the auditorium during the performance?
Out of respect for the dancers and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
