Description
A comedy of laughter and emotion, a Tribute to wartime godmothers who are as funny as they are touching. 1915, war rages in Europe. At the front, soldiers are sustained by one thing: the letters they receive from their families. But what about those who have no one? Who will look after them at the back? This is the challenge that a small group of women have set themselves: to write to these strangers to tell them that they are there, that they have not forgotten them. In the form of a comedy, 'Les jolies petites choses' pays tribute to those women who fought in their own way to ensure that that little spark in us never died out, even in the darkest times of our history.
