In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of French Choux pastry. Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple! A Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before guiding you step-by-step in making the perfect choux dough, piping, baking, and filling to create Eclairs and Cream Puffs! Master these easy recipes and you can make many pastries most bakers are scared to try! You'll also learn the basics to Gougères, Churros, French Cruller Donuts, and Choux Beignets!
