What are the different types of ticket available?
There are three zones: Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (average visibility).
When should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. Seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and order of arrival. The concert starts on time, so the audience must already be seated: latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together. We recommend arriving early: the staff will do their best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, the candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last song, when indicated by the musicians, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must remain on silent mode for the entire duration of the show.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
You cannot leave your seat during the show, except in case of an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets must be purchased before you arrive via the Fever app (Google Play or App Store) or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, free of charge. Send the PDF with the barcode found in the confirmation email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, contact customer support with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event by contacting customer support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, see the Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Anyone who needs assistance is entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Contact customer support with a document certifying the need for a carer attached: you'll receive a code to get the free ticket. To enter, you'll need to show both the documents and the tickets.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same profile used to make the purchase. The PDF with the barcode can also be found in the purchase confirmation email.
