Celebrate Halloween with a Candlelight concert at the Russell Reid Auditorium in the North Dakota Heritage Center, Bismarck. Surrounded by candles, a string quartet plays spine-chilling film and TV themes alongside haunting classical pieces in a live, multi-sensory musical experience.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

    Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket types: Front Row, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You may return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?

At the Russell Reid Auditorium, a newly renovated auditorium with comfortable seating at the North Dakota Heritage Center.
How do I get to the venue?
The Russell Reid Auditorium is located at 612 East Boulevard Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota 58505, and can be reached by public transportation and by car.
Is there food served?
There will be no food available.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all candle add-on items purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What time should I arrive? Can I get in late?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
